Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website, authorized representatives, or customer support team.
- A minimum deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash (if applicable).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be requested via email or phone and will be processed as per the cancellation policy of the selected package.
- Cancellation charges will apply depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–14 business days after cancellation approval.
- Non-refundable charges such as service fees, hotel bookings, and transport bookings will be deducted from the total refund.
Changes to Itinerary
- Dham Yatra reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, operational issues, or government regulations.
- Every effort will be made to provide alternative arrangements of similar quality at no extra cost to the traveler.
Travel Documents & Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, ID proof, medical certificates (if required), and permits.
For international yatras, valid passports and visas are mandatory.
Dham Yatra is not liable for delays or cancellations due to missing or invalid documents.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, health emergencies, or baggage loss.
Dham Yatra does not provide insurance services directly.
